1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Void Sirens, the official Void Sirens website, and related services operated by Individual Entrepreneur Oleksandr Yelisieiev, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia, Tax Identification Number 345707265, trading as Golden Cucumber Ent. (“we”, “us”). By accessing the website or playing the game, you agree to these Terms.

2. Adults only

Void Sirens is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction if higher. Do not access the game or website if adult content is illegal for you to view.

3. Adult content notice

Void Sirens contains mature themes, sexual content, suggestive imagery, and adult relationship scenes. All characters depicted in adult contexts are adults.

4. License to use the game and website

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the website and use the game for personal entertainment, subject to these Terms and any applicable platform rules.

5. Platforms and third-party services

Void Sirens may be available through Steam, Nutaku, or other third-party platforms. Purchases, refunds, account access, platform wallets, platform achievements, and platform-specific features may also be governed by the terms and policies of those platforms.

Our Discord link opens an external community service. Participation is optional and subject to Discord's terms and the rules posted in our server. For account details, payment issues, screenshots, or logs that should remain private, use website support.

6. Accounts, progress, and virtual items

Game progress, rewards, characters, virtual currency, and virtual items have no real-world monetary value unless explicitly required by applicable law or platform policy. We may adjust balance, rewards, availability, and progression systems as the game evolves.

The website support area uses a separate email sign-in. Request a link only for an email address you control. Keep sign-in links private and sign out on shared devices. Access to support does not create a game account or grant access to another person's game account. A support requester profile may be created in Zendesk to manage your conversations.

7. Purchases and refunds

Purchases made through third-party platforms are handled by those platforms and are subject to their payment and refund policies.

This website does not take direct payments. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer rights, including applicable rights relating to refunds, faulty digital content, or digital services.

8. Prohibited conduct

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, tamper with clients, interfere with servers, or bypass access controls.
• Do not reverse engineer the game except where allowed by law.
• Do not harass other users or abuse support channels.
• Do not upload, share, or request illegal content.

9. Intellectual property

Void Sirens, including its characters, art, code, text, music, logos, and other materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or modify it without permission, except where allowed by platform features or applicable law.

Files explicitly offered for download may be saved and used for their stated purpose, such as a wallpaper for your personal device. Any additional usage permission published with a specific asset applies to that asset. A download does not transfer ownership or by itself authorize resale or unrelated commercial use.

10. Service changes and availability

The website and game may change over time. Features may be added, removed, interrupted, or modified. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

11. Suspension and termination

We may restrict access to the game or services if we believe a user has violated these Terms, abused systems, cheated, attacked infrastructure, or created legal or safety risk.

You can contact support if you believe a restriction is a mistake. Any restriction remains subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer rights.

12. Disclaimers and liability

The website and game are provided as-is to the maximum extent allowed by law. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit mandatory guarantees and remedies.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service operator identified above, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

14. Support messages and attachments

Provide information relevant to your request and only upload material you have the right to share. Do not send passwords, active sign-in links, full payment card details, malware, or unrelated personal information about other people. Check screenshots and logs before uploading them.

You retain any rights you have in the material you submit. You allow us and the providers helping us deliver support to store, copy, and review it as needed to handle your request and operate the support service. This does not authorize us to publish your private support messages as promotional content. Closing or resolving a ticket does not automatically delete it; see the Privacy Policy for retention and privacy requests.

15. Privacy and optional analytics

The Privacy Policy explains information handling, email access, providers, and browser storage. Optional website statistics have a separate choice. Accepting these Terms, confirming your age, or contacting support does not by itself opt you into website analytics.

16. Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Where required by law, material changes will be notified in advance and any required agreement will be obtained. Changes do not remove rights you already have under mandatory law.
