A place to
call your own.

A great lump of space rock. A ship worth coming back for. A crew that answers to itself. Welcome home.

The crew’s base
Between expeditions

A rock with a front door.

The crew’s base is a huge fragment of meteorite turned into a private hideout. Behind an unremarkable shell of rock are living quarters, workshops, stores, and equipment the crew has built, repaired, or dragged home.

There are no Order inspectors at the door and no PleasureTech contract deciding who belongs inside. For pirates, having somewhere that is truly theirs matters more than having somewhere impressive.

In the base, you prepare expeditions, gather supplies, improve your systems, and make implants for your characters. Each system develops separately, so your next upgrade can follow what the crew needs most.

What does what

Keep the crew moving

Supplies have a job.

Credits and base resources go into building upgrades. Implant components and Dust feed the Workshop. Some recipes also use existing implants, so check the ingredient list before starting a craft.

Fuel pays for ordinary expedition departures. Your ship determines its regular capacity. A larger capacity gives you more room to prepare for future departures, but upgrading the ship does not itself refill the tank.

Collect, then plan.

Pick up your Droid’s accumulated supplies, check the next building upgrade, and compare what is missing with the rewards shown by the Radar.

Inside the Workshop

From blueprint to implant.

  1. Choose your result

Find an implant that suits a character, then open its blueprint. The recipe shows what you will make and which ingredients you need.

  2. Prepare the materials

Check the required Workshop rarity and gather the listed supplies. If the recipe uses an existing implant, unequip it before using it as an ingredient.

  3. Craft and collect

Start production, then collect the finished implant when it is ready. Collecting also frees the Workshop for your next craft.

The Workshop can also dismantle unequipped implants into crafting materials. Check the result before confirming: dismantling consumes the implant.

Ready to leave

The next upgrade starts out there.

Your base supports the next expedition. The expedition brings back supplies for the next upgrade. Keep your combat squad ready, find a free team for the trip, and choose a route worth the fuel.
